Head Teacher’s summary

There is evidence that the high standards of attainment across all subject areas over many years has been maintained under the new system.  Well done to the children, parents and staff for working so hard, we are very proud of the efforts of every single one of you.

*The new assessment and reporting systems have caused some concern particularly regarding the consistency of moderation and assessment of writing nationally. This is now a specfic area of curricular focus this acdemic year.
